From the 'how did Chapeau Noir miss this?!' file...

For someone who prides himself on his attention to detail, it is quite evident that even Chapeau Noir fell asleep at the remote last week during the RBC Canadian Open. Perhaps we can chalk it up to Loudmouth Golf overload, but one would think that when John Daly shows up for work in a Canadian-themed getup that it wouldn't slip through the cracks here, at CNG of all places.

What is of particular interest to Chapeau Noir in the following video is the snippet featuring the younger golf fans, who aren't shy about displaying their distinct affinity for Daly, sporting a lot of Loudmouth Golf style of their own. And to think that we wondered who was really buying all that gear.

CNG Ticker: Kikkor Golf has sweet deal going on if you're the right fit, and if you're keen on being an official product tester. All you have to do to get started is leave your location and email address in a comment to Kikkor's post on their Facebook page. Get after it! ... Writing this post on my new MacBook Pro, and am having a hard time getting used to the track pad. Early days though and I have given myself two weeks to get used to it ... Dang, here's another thing Chapeau Noir missed - you can customize your player in EA Sports Tiger Woods 2011 in the Quagmire Golf range. A rather neat win for Canadian-based Quagmire. It would be kind of interesting to see what Tiger might look like in something other than Nike, dontcha think? My good man Sean has the compete rundown.

Finally, I've been holding on to this one for a while, submitted by faithful reader JB. Enjoy watching Monty poke a bit of fun at himself in the follow ad for KitKat, from a few years back...
